Sunset Subs opened in July of 2021 and is conveniently located on 9th Ave in the Sunset District. Irving Subs was created to become a local eatery that was more than a place that served great food for the community.

At Irving Subs, our mission is pretty simple: provide an enjoyable experience for our community and become one of the best neighborhood eateries around. With that, we’re committed to accomplishing that goal every day. We offer hot and cold sandwiches with a plethora of delicious options for meat lovers, vegetarians, our gluten-free friends, and everyone in between!
